Day 1

Kathmandu to Dharapani

approx. 9 to 10 hours drive

Day 2

Trek from Dharapani to meta

Two days trip: first day dharapani to koto, second day koto to meta

Day 4

Trek from Meta to Kyang

Day 5

Trek from Kyang to Phu Gaon

Day 6

Trek from Phu Gaon to Nar Phedi to Nar

Three days: first two days phu gaon to nar then a day rest at nar

Day 9

Trek from Nar to Ngawal (3660m) via crossing Kang La Pass (5320m)

Day 10

Trek from Ngawal to Dhukur Pokhari – approx. 5 to 6 hours walk

Day 11

Trek from Dhukur Pokhari to Timang

Day 12

Drive from Besi Shahar to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel.
